One mustn´t worry too much. All human solutions are temporary. I mean that one´s ordinary tasks are usually immedate and simple and one´s own truth lives in these tasks. It is virtually impossible to be depressed and active at the same time.You would find it difficultto keepon moping, complaing,and wallowing in self-pity if you got active and did something .
